The West Midlands Division of The Red Cross of Constantine was first constituted in 1976 and covers six counties namely Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

The Annual Meeting of the Division is held on the third Saturday in February, at 11.00 am at the Masonic Hall, Kings Heath, Birmingham.

The Division has 18 conclaves meeting at Masonic halls in Cirencester, Guys Cliffe, Handsworth, Kidderminster, Kings Heath, Knowle, Leominster, Newnham-on-Severn, Rugby, Nuneaton, Stoke-on-Trent, Sutton Coldfield, Telford, Tewksbury and Worcester.
